It’s grey outside and streams of raindrops run down your window. The thought of going outside makes you shiver with discomfort. You turn your back from the window and screen the four walls you live in, thinking: “What can I do”?

Dim all your lights in the room, make some tea, put on some soothing music, get the favourite biscuits out, munch, slurp and enjoy.
